Cause nozzle failure reasons:

1, erosion. The probability depends on the nozzle erosion hardness of the liquid, spray pressure, the use of chemical types and amount of materials. 2, accidental damage. Improper use and maintenance can not be accidental damage leading to the main nozzle. Although the nozzle opening is usually designed in a concave type, but the fan nozzle biasing structure is very susceptible to damage.
3, corrosion. Spraying the workpiece using the chemicals, these chemicals also cause corrosion of the material nozzle.
4 blocked. Chemical materials and impurities inside or outside edge of the nozzle will cause the accumulation of blocking the nozzle. This will affect the shape of the spray nozzle, thus affecting the spray pressure.
5, the temperature. Long nozzle at high temperatures or abnormal, can cause damage to the nozzle due to material softening.

Nozzle problem identification:
